The mission of the Westbrook Early Childhood is to provide a strong base for development of all children through age 5, with a focus on early identification, intervention and prevention.
WECC works with community partners to enhance the quality and availability of early childhood opportunities for children and their families. We believe that when you are supported, our community is strengthened.
