HS Students are engaged in experiential excersises thatopen their minds to different perspectives. This Session's Focus is on Stress.

Meet during lunch to discuss topics such as working as a team, decision-making, and how to be leader. Curriculum is filled with games and themed in entertaining topics such as Game of Life, Star Wars, Super Heroes, and Going Viral.

Themes Include: Bucket Filling, Being Kind to Myself, Team-Player, and Inside Out! Students go on a journey with their peers that include games, creative activities, and learning more and more about who they are and who they want to be!
